Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains how Ashton Global LLC ("Ashton Global," "we," "us") handles the information you share when you use the scheduling page at calendar.ashtonglobal.com to request or book a conversation with our team.
Information we collect
When you schedule a conversation, you give us:
- Your name, work email address, firm or organization, and title.
- For a Manager Review Call: your primary strategy, fund stage, assets under management range, capital objective, and capital sought, if you choose to share them.
- For an Allocator Conversation: your area of interest, allocator type, typical commitment range, and strategies of interest, if you choose to share them.
- Any notes you add, the time you select, and the time zone you choose.
Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data when you load the page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. The page remembers your time zone choice in your own browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this page.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how this page is used. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records information such as the page visited, the referring website, approximate country, and browser and device type, and which booking steps are reached (for example, that a Manager Review Call was opened or confirmed). It never receives your name, email address, firm, or anything you type into the form. Analytics load only after you choose Accept analytics in the privacy choices banner, and that choice is kept in your browser's local storage.
How we use it
- To schedule the conversation, send you a calendar invitation with video details, and prepare for the call.
- To contact you about the conversation you requested, including rescheduling.
- To keep a record of our business communications and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run this page and hold the conversation, and only for that purpose:
- Google, which hosts our calendar, sends the invitation, and provides the Google Meet video link.
- Vercel, which hosts this page and provides the analytics described above.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep the details of a scheduled conversation in our calendar and correspondence records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
International visitors
Ashton Global is based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information to take steps you request before a possible business relationship and for our legitimate interest in preparing for and recording business conversations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you shared, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@ashtonglobal.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We respond within the time the law requires.
Security
This page is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our calendar is limited to our team and the service providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This page is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
